Oasis is the learning management system Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities (TCDD) uses to facilitate and provide training across the state. TCDD offers training and education opportunities to expand the knowledge of disability issues and advance the leadership and advocacy skills of disability advocates. Our goal is to support self-advocates, family members and community allies so they can become leaders, share their stories, and improve the lives of Texans with disabilities.

All Oasis users must set up an account prior to accessing any TCDD training courses. Use the instructions (PDF, 421 KB) or view the video to create your Oasis account. Please select an email address and password combination you will remember. If you forget your login credentials, you can update your password by selecting the "Forgot your password?" option on the login screen or you may have to create a new Oasis account.

Under the Q & A menu item within this course, there is a forum where you can ask questions about how to navigate Oasis to the TCDD Oasis administrators. Your question will be posted publicly for all other Oasis users to view. Please refrain from asking personal or highly specific questions on this forum.
