This is a tutorial on how to access your Certificate of Completion after you finish a course within TCDD's OASIS Learning Management System. There are two ways to get access to this certificate, so let's go through option one. First and foremost, please make sure that you are logged into your OASIS account, and you should see your name in the top right-hand corner. Then, you can navigate to the course that you most recently completed and are ready to download your Certificate of Completion. For me, that is the Seek, Secure, and Serve course. And you'll see as soon as I gain access back to the course, it'll give me a blue box at the top that says, your certificate is ready for download, and so I will select the Download Certificate blue button on the right side of the screen, and OASIS will tell me to wait while it downloads, and then it'll be available in my Downloads folder. Or another way that you can get access to your Certificate of Completion and see all the Certificate of Completions that you have received from TCDD should you be involved in more than one of our training courses, you can navigate over to the gray menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select Transcript. From here, you will see I can download my Certificate of Completion from Seek, Secure, and Serve, but it'll also list all the other courses that you have completed with TCDD and your Certificate of Completion that's available to you.
